Votsalo Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Kyma Villa) on the upper level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and direct access to the pool.
